As the Product Manager -  International Expansion, you’ll be responsible for driving the successful launch, growth, and localization of our web experience in new markets. This role sits within the Web Experience team and acts as the critical link between Digital Product, Marketing, Brand, Legal, and the broader Tech organization. You’ll ensure our international sites deliver seamless, high performing customer journeys that balance global consistency with local market needs - supporting conversion, retention, and overall business growth.

• Market Entry Strategy: You define and execute strategies for new markets, including localization requirements, product market fit, legal compliance, and readiness across teams. 
• Customer & Market Insights: You research customer needs, competitive dynamics, and cultural nuances. You translate insights into actionable product requirements and priorities. 
• Cross Functional Alignment: You serve as the central point of coordination for international launches, aligning stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Tech. 
• Localization & Optimization: You lead the adaptation of web features, content, and flows for new markets – balancing consistency with relevance and customer needs. 
• Performance Tracking & Iteration: You define and track key metrics like conversion, retention, and engagement. You use insights to prioritize improvements and drive impact. 
• Ownership & Accountability: You are the single point of accountability for product-related aspects of the international web experience – driving clarity, focus, and execution across teams. 
• Long Term Growth: You build scalable frameworks for international expansion, reducing ad-hoc work and enabling faster, more efficient market launches.

• You have a proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong foundation in product discovery, customer research, and data informed decision making.
• You have a deep understanding of key metrics like conversion, retention, engagement, and micro-conversions (e.g., add to cart rates, bounce rates, checkout abandonment). You know how to analyse user behaviour, uncover insights, and turn data into action.
• You understand the ability to balance global consistency with local market needs, adapting web experiences to meet diverse customer expectations.
